2. The learned Additional Public prosecutor seeks one month time to execute the non bailable warrant issued against the 3rd respondent in STC.No.919 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram.

3. Considering the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, let the above said non bailable warrant issued against the third respondent be executed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
