ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.738 of 2023, on the file of the 1st respondent in respect of the petitioner alone.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case final report has been filed by the first respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and the same was not taken cognizance. 3.In view of the above, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai is directed to process the final report as per rules. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
