The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 755 1/3

days in filing the Civil Revision Petition against the fair order dated 26.08.2019 made in I.A.No.545 of 2017 in O.S.No.184 of 2003 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Lalgudi.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.There is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

4. Considering the length of delay, this Court is of the view that the petitioner must be mulcted with costs. Hence, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Service Authority attached to this Bench, by the petitioner, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically.
