This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to take action against the respondents 2 & 3 for the illegal detention of the petitioner's vehicle namely, 'Skoda Rapid model car' bearing Reg.No.TN-72-BL-7797 and permit the petitioner to take his vehicle.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the vehicle was returned to the petitioner. Hence, the petition has become infructuous.
