O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.12 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.The contention of the petitioners is that based on the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent, the 2nd respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.12 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 506(i) of IPC against the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in Crime No.12 of 2023, Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti, in C.C.No.204 of 2023.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), this matter has become infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved over contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, after getting copy of the above said Final Report.

5. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
