ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.22104 of 2023, dated 12.09.2023. by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the First Information Report was registered in Crime No.10 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC on 05.01.2024 on the file of the respondent Police and a copy of the First Information Report was also placed before this Court.
