ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed a clerical staff working in Indian Overseas Bank seeking a mandamus to transfer him from Alwarthirunagari Branch to any other Branch in Tenkasi.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents Bank had brought to the notice of the Court that pending writ petition, by way of order dated 25.07.2024, the petitioner has been transferred to Achanpudur under Tirunelveli Region. The said order has not been challenged by the writ petitioner and he has accepted the same and he joined the said post. 3.In view of the above said subsequent development, no further orders are called for.
