This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the common order dated 23.01.2013 passed by the learned Principle District & Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai in Crl.M.P.Nos.1173 & 1174 of 2012 and consequently transfer the case in C.C.No.31 of 2011 on the file District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam to try along with S.C.No.132 of 2011 on the file of learned Principle District & Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after conducting trial, the case was ended in acquittal. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. The Criminal Original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
