This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records in Crime No.22 of 2011 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Lalapettai Police Station, Karur District-the First Respondent herein and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the first respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that the petitioners have been acquitted in this case, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
