Heard both sides.

2.By the impugned notice, the third respondent has only called upon the writ petitioner to surrender possession. It is only in the nature of the intimation. If the petitioner fails to comply with the demand, the third respondent cannot forcibly throwout the petitioner. The third respondent has to necessarily adopt the due process setout in the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959. 2/4

3.With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
