..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue 226 of the Constitution of India praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to instruct the 4th and 5th respondents to remove the unauthorized High Tension Electric wires drawn by them in the petitioner's lands situated in Survey No.246/4 and 246/5 in Chandragiri Village in Ottapidaram Taluk, Thoothukudi District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2023, 11.05.2023, 20.07.2023 and 25.08.2023.

ORDER

I referred the matter to the Mediation by an order dated 21.03.2025.

2. Mr.S.Ananthi states that the parties stand by the settlement entered into before the Mediation on 04.04.2025.

3. Mr.G.Aravinthan states that the private respondents have transferred a sum of Rs.11,00,000/- to the writ petitioner, which is duly acknowledged by Ms.S.Ananthi.

4. In addition, Ms.S.Ananthi states that the writ petitioner will not pursue the suit in O.S.No.141 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin. The submission of Ms.S.Ananthi is recorded.

5. In the light of the above discussion, no further order is necessary except recording the settlement reached before the Mediation. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs. 22-04-2025 skn 3/5
