The Writ Petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to take necessary action upon the petitioner's representation, dated 27.11.2023.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, it is represented by both sides learned counsel that today (ie., 15.10.2024) morning, summons has been issued for the complainant to be present for the hearing. The complainant is only seeking for a missing certificate. Already, there is a detailed circular which is issued in the respondent department and following the same after completing the due enquiry, appropriate certificate can be given in accordance with law. 3.Since today, the summons has been issued and the petitioner is also willing to co-operate, let the entire process be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
