ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional District Judge V, Madurai to expedite the trial in O.S.No.344 of 2024 and complete the proceedings within a period stipulated by this Court.

Considering the fact that the suit for partition had reached the stage of trial, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Judge V, Madurai to expedite the trial in O.S.No.344 of 2024 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible but not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
