O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a Salesman working in the second respondent society seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent to dispose of his representation dated 13.03.2017 seeking promotion.

2.According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner was promoted as Junior Assistant in the year 2013 and some of his junior were promoted as Packers and the petitioner has been left out. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent on 13.03.2017 and the same has also been acknowledged by the first respondent. However, so far, no orders have been passed in the said representation.

3.Considering the aforesaid facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2017 on merits and pass final orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
