ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.MAHESWARAN R, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by mistake in the prayer portion he has mentioned that it must be transferred to Family Court, Tirunelveli. But he wants to transfer the same to the Sub Court, Palani. For that purpose he has to file proper application.

2.In view of the above the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he not pressing the above said application.

3.Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
