ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to file a final report in Crime No.04 of 2024 within a time frame. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a final Report has been filed before the Special Court for POCSO Act cases, Thanjavur. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
