Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fifth respondent to act accordingly in registering any documents pertaining to the land belonging to petitioner, petitioner's brother-in-law Anand and the petitioner's daughter Suruthi in Survey No.136/1C1D of Thiruparankundram Village, Madurai after availing detailed report over the said property as to how the third respondent is claiming the rights over the property within the time frame as fixed by this Court. ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The writ petitioner claims that the registering authority has not registered the document presented by her.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader on the other hand would contend after taking token, the petitioner did not present the document at all.

4.The learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent temple would add that since the third respondent is also having an interest in the subject matter, the directions set out in Sudha Ravi Kumar's case (2017

(3) CTC 135) have to be followed.

5.Taking into account the submissions made on either side, this writ petition is disposed of as follows:

a) The petitioner is at liberty to present the document. b) It appears that an objection has been received from the third respondent. The registering authority shall issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as the third respondent, hold enquiry and act as per the directions laid down in Sudha Ravi Kumar's case.
