When the matter was taken up for hearing on today the learned counsel for the respondent stated that the respondent in this petition died and the claim made by her became abated and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.Based on the above said endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition as not pressed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, this criminal original petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
