2.Heard Mr.C.Jawahar Ravindran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

3. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. This petition is allowed. Since the 2nd respondent is a minor, paper publication could not be ordered as against minor. Therefore, paper publication is ordered only as against the 1st respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to take substituted service to the 1st respondent by publishing in one edition of Malai Malar, Tamil Newspaper having vide circulation in and around Trichy District indicating the next date of hearing as 11.11.2025. 15-10-2025 2/2 rm 2/3
