This writ petition has been filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to issue the Work Site Visit Certificate and working condition of Plants and Machineries Certificate to participate for the works covered in Sl.Nos.1,2, 3 and direct the third respondent to issue the Work Site Visit Certificate, Working condition of Plants and Machineries Certificate for the works covered in Sl.No.4 with regard to the works mentioned in E-Tender Notice Number 32/2025-2026/HDO/dated 04.09.2025 issued by the first respondent.
2. It is informed by the learned Government Advocate that the request of the petitioner seeking for Work Site Visit Certificate and working conditions of Plants and Machineries Certificate, has been rejected. 2/4
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the same.
4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed granting the said liberty. No costs.
