PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the Medical Reimbursement claim of Rs.5,98,492/- which was sanctioned by the 1st Respondent along with prescribed interest till date to the Petitioner within the stipulated time fixed by this Court based on the representation dated 16.11.23.

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the Insurance Company to disburse the claim arising out of medical reimbursement.
2.The District Level Empowered Committee has approved the claim of the Writ Petitioner and forwarded the same to the Insurance Company on 24.01.2018. However, the Insurance Company by their proceedings dated 07.03.2018, have returned the said papers relating to the Writ Petitioner herein on the ground that they are incomplete. 2/5
3.In view of the aforesaid facts, the Writ Petitioner is directed to place all the records, as called for by the Insurance Company, before the first respondent herein within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said documents, the first respondent is directed to forward those documents to the sixth respondent within a period of two weeks thereafter. 4.With the aforesaid observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
