This Review Application has been filed to review the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.8471 of 2021 dated 17.11.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

3. In the considered view of this Court, there is no error apparent on the face of the order, which requires review of the order passed in W.P. (MD)No.8471 of 2021. However, it is made abundantly clear that any observation made in the order will not have any bearing on the civil suits that are pending before the civil Court and the issues involved shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law, without being influenced by any observation made in the order passed in the Writ Petition.

4. In the result, this Review Application stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
