ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2025 along with his original complaint dated 17.08.2025 and take action against the culprits.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the fourth respondent to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
