ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioners have given representation dated 13.06.2023 proposing alternative route so that the petitioners' building will not be affected.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader submits that call has to be taken by the respondents 7 and 8 as they constitute the alignment committee. The petitioners' representation will be placed by the fourth respondent before the respondents 7 and 8. The respondents 7 and 8 will call the petitioners for an enquiry. They shall pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
