O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to take action on his complaint dated 16.07.2025 alleging that his son was abducted by one Sinthiya.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that in an earlier complaint given by the petitioner, the son of the petitioner, who is aged about 27 years was secured and that the present complaint was lodged on 16.07.2025 making similar allegation. He would further submit that the said complaint would also be enquired into and the result of the enquiry would be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today i.e., 06.10.2025. 3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of.
