The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the appeal, challenging the judgment passed in Spl.S.C.No.10 of 2025, dated 30.06.2025, on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under (SC/ST (PoA) Act cases, Sivagangai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Gnanasekaran, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State and also perused the records.

3.Considering the quantum of delay and the reasons assigned, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
