ORDER

The petitioners seek for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.74 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi and the same is yet to be taken on file.
