The present writ petition has been filed by a son of the deceased employee, who was a Driver in the respondent Transport Corporation seeking a Mandamus for appointing him on compassionate ground.

From the perusal of the typed set of papers, it is clear that the name of the petitioner has been included in the list for granting compassionate appointment and his seniority as on 14.06.2021 is serial No.343. Therefore, as and when his seniority reaches, the respondents herein will consider the request of the petitioner based upon his qualification. 2/4

3. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
