ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.28 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police Station.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.28 of 2021, a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
