ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to reissue passport to the petitioner based on the petitioner's passport file No.MD1075106460325 dated 30.05.2025 in passport No.M9062300.
2. A counter affidavit has bee filed by the first respondent, wherein it has been stated as follows:- "11. It is submitted that if the petitioner approach this office with an order if any, from the court concerned permitting him to depart from India or order if any, on completion of the criminal case pending trial against him before the court of law, thereafter, the passport application of the petitioner will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Indian Passports Act, 1967."
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to abide by the said conditions.
