This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, seeking to quash the F.I.R. pending against the petitioner in Crime No.167 of 2011 on the file of the second respondent police. 2.Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3.A reading of the complaint prima facie informs of commission of cognizable offences. What are the offences, if any, made out and whom are to be arrayed as accused are matters for investigation.
