For Petitioner : Mr.A.Sankarasubramanian For Respondent No.1 : Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram Additional Public Prosecutor For Respondent No.2 : Mr.S.Kishore Kumar COMMON ORDER The captioned petitions have been filed challenging two final reports which have been filed pursuant to complaints alleged by opposing parties in respect of the same occurrence. 2.The gist of the allegations in both the complaints is that on account of the property dispute, the petitioners attacked the de-facto and 3/7

others with sticks, besides abusing them in filthy language and committing the offence of criminal intimidation. 3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the parties in both the cases have arrived at a compromise and decided to give a quietus to the issue and have filed a joint compromise memo in both the cases. 4.The petitioners in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.17038 of 2025, namely, Subash Chandrabose (Aadhaar No.6269 1824 7418) and Kottaiyappan (Aadhaar No.9097 9664 9075) and the petitioners in CRL.O.P.(MD)No. 17086 of 2025, namely, Sivasubramanian (Aadhaar No.6536 5629 2487) and Muthu Kumar (Aadhaar No.2358 1120 3786) are present before this Court in person. All the parties confirmed the compromise arrived at between them.

5.In view of the same and considering the nature of the offences, nature of allegation and the compromise arrived between the parties, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose will be served in keeping the petitions pending. Accordingly, both the charge sheets are quashed. 4/7
