2.The petitioners claim to be street vendors in N.S.B Road, Tiruchirappalli city. The street vendors have been conferred statutory protection. The petitioners have given a collective representation before the second respondent. The second respondent is called upon to consider 2/4
the same and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law. This shall be done as expeditiously as possible. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
