ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 296(B), and 351(2) of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No.105 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused said to have prevented the defacto complainant and his family members from entering into the pottalkuli village temple. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the Court below. But he has not complied with the condition. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/4

4. Considering the same, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanniyakumari District, and submit an application. In such a case, the learned Magistrate shall consider the said application positively on the same day itself.

5. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
