ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.261 of 2017 , within a time frame.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the investigation in Crime No.261 of 2017 is almost completed and final report would be filed within a period of two weeks.
3.Considering the fact that the case was registered in the year 2017, this criminal original petition is allowed with a direction to the second respondent to file the final report, within a period of two weeks. The second respondent Police shall ensure that the final report is taken on file, within a period of six weeks.
