ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.1001 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.2288 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
