This Criminal Miscellaneous Application is filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the judgment dated 02.11.2021 in C.C.No.341 of 2021 on the file of the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District. 2.Heard Mr.M.Jothi Basu, learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner.

3.Mr.M.Jothi Basu, learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner seeks time to file an application before the trial Court for the certified copy of the judgment made in C.C.No.341 of 2021 dated 02.11.2021 on the file of the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District. He further submits that as and when the certified copy is obtained by the Revision Petitioner, the same will be produced before this Court by way of supplementary affidavit and in this regard, he prays two weeks time to file the certified copy of the said judgment. 4.Accordingly, as prayed for by the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Court grants two weeks time to produce the certified copy of the judgment made in C.C.No.341 of 2021 dated 02.11.2021 on the file of the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District. On such production, Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and put up the Criminal Revision Petition "For Admission" on 27.11.2025 before the appropriate Bench.
