ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petition mentioned property is in the name of the temple and that therefore, patta cannot be issued in favour of the petitioner. If that be so, the fourth respondent is directed to formally communicate his decision to the petitioner, so that the petitioner can take recourse to the appropriate legal remedies.

2. With this liberty to the fourth respondent, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
