ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by a Record Assistant, who is working in the Atthur warehouse seeking a Mandamus as against the respondent for disposal of his appeal presented on 24.08.2023.
2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner was issued with a charge memo on 25.07.2022, for which, he had submitted his explanation on 18.08.2022. After enquiry, the petitioner was terminated from service on 07.06.2023. Challenging the said termination order, the petitioner had filed an appeal before the respondent on 24.08.2023. The present writ petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the appeal.
3. Considering the above said facts, the respondent herein is directed to dispose of the appeal on merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to the writ petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
