ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry for issuing Genealogy Certificate for Right to Education, Life and Liberty and also to consider his representations dated 25.06.2023, 30.08.2023 and 27.11.2023.

2.According to the petitioner, earlier he filed a Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.12532 of 2023, challenging the order of the 1st respondent, rejecting the request of the petitioner to issue community certificate, wherein this Court, vide order dated 23.06.2023, granted two weeks time to the petitioner to produce Genealogy Certificate. Pursuant to the said order, he made several representations to the respondents, seeking issuance of Genealogy Certificate. However, the same had not been considered so far. Hence, he filed this Writ Petition.

3.On perusal of the order dated 23.06.2023 made in W.P.(MD)No.12532 of 2023, it is seen that the petitioner's father applied for 2/4

Community Certificate, which has been rejected. Aggrieved by the same, he filed a Writ Petition and the same was dismissed. Those orders have not been placed before this Court. In the said order, the Division Bench of this Court granted two weeks time to obtain Genealogy Certificate and adjourned the matter to 07.07.2023. Despite the said order, till date the petitioner has not produced Genealogy Certificate and in order to avoid the dismissal of the said Writ Petition by the Division Bench of this Court, once again the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, seeking for the very same relief, which has been sought for before the Division Bench of this Court.

4.In such view of the matter, I do not find any merits in this Writ Petition, accordingly, it is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
