The petitioner had submitted a representation dated 07.04.2025 seeking cancellation of the patta issued to the third and fourth respondents. This Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. He submits that the first respondent would pass orders on merits after receipt of the report from the second respondent.

3. In these circumstances, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the private respondents herein. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon on merits within three (3) months from the date 2/4
