ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation to sanction of increment to all the petitioners as per the G.O.(Ms).No.34, dated 30.04.2015.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners had all superannuated and also had benefited by G.O.(Ms).No.34, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme [SW-7(1)] Department dated 30.04.2015, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the 2/4

petitioners, dated 11.07.2025, in the light of the aforesaid Government Order and grant them increments as applicable under law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
