ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.12659/2025 order dated 18.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 32 days and the investigation is pending.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 32 days, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.12659/2025 order dated 18.08.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.12659/2025 order dated 18.08.2025 is modified as ''the petitioners shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., once in 15 days and also, as and when required for interrogation.'' 17-10-2025 Tmg (2/2) To
