ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) This petition has been filed to suspend the substantive sentence imposed on the petitioner vide judgment dated 23.01.2023 by the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli in SC No.173 of 2022.

2. From the records, it is seen that the earlier petition filed by the petitioner for suspending the sentence was dismissed as withdrawn and this is the 2nd application.

3. Now, the records were received and the typed set of papers were also made ready and the appeal is ripe for final hearing/disposal and hence, this Court is inclined to take up the appeal itself for final hearing. Therefore, under this circumstances, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief of suspension of sentence pending appeal. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
