This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet No.7 of 2021, on the file of the 3rd respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2023 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents to remove his name from the History Sheet on 14.11.2023. Since the same was not considered till date, he has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to consider the same by the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation made by the petitioner will be taken for consideration in the meeting scheduled to be held in the month of December 2023. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional 2/4
