O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate relates to the petitioner's missing Doc.No. 1128/1995 dated 28.06.1995 and Doc. No. 3428/2021 dated 07.09.2021 on the file of Sub-Registrar Office, Aranthangi, Pudukottai District by disposing compliant reference No.CAI22195730 dated 02.11.2022 within a time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint through online as well as in person before the second respondent for misplacing of his original sale deeds Document No.1128/1995 dated 28.06.1995 and Document No. 3428/2021, dated 07.09.2021.

4. Considering the above, the second respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry ensuring the said documents have not been deposited 2/4

for any purpose, following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Let notice be served upon the petitioner to produce all the relevant documents to the second respondent. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, if not satisfied.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
