ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 6 for abusing the petitioner in the public place and for assaulting him with wooden log based on the complaint dated 07.06.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that earlier, the petitioner had lodged a complaint dated 13.09.2024 and the same was closed after conducting enquiry on 22.09.2024; that a similar complaint has now been lodged; that an enquiry is pending on this complaint to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
