O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2. The petitioner lodged a protest petition before the registering authority. He apprehended that the rival parties may register the documents pertaining to the petition-mentioned property. The registering authority informed the petitioner vide communication dated 04.12.2023 calling upon him to produce relevant documents such as patta. The registering authority also made it clear that if any restraint order is issued by the Court, the authority will abide by the same. In this case, there is no restraint order passed. 2/4
3 W.P.(MD)NO.29680 OF 2023 The impugned order is reasonable and fair.
3. The petitioner has to work out his rights in the manner known to law. The petitioner can file a civil suit and obtain interim injunction against the registering authority. A mere filing of the protest petition before the registering authority will not take his case further. Granting such liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
