ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2.The fourth respondent herein submitted an application for conducting survey. Since her application was not processed, she filed W.P(MD)No.25581 of 2023. The writ petition was disposed of on 20.10.2023 by passing usual direction. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, survey authority issued impugned notice. Without offering his objections and without participating in the enquiry, the petitioner 2/4

needlessly come to this Court. The petitioner is given seven (7) days from today to offer his written objections before the third respondent. If consensus could not be arrived at between the parties, the Tahsildar will pass a speaking order. Thereafter, process setout from direction 5 to 11 will takes its course. The petitioner need not have any apprehension at all. His rights are sufficiently protected.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
