ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner compelling the petitioner to cancel the existing sale deed in which the company is bonafide purchaser.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that no complaint was received against the petitioner either from the 4th respondent or any other persons by the respondents police.

3. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as un-necessary.
